1.  Introduction
The social system in Islam is a mechanism on the way to the safeguarding of the human race and the protection of the society. Both the Quran (words of Allah) and the Hadith (it is the record of the sayings and conducts of Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) constitute of Sunnah) are the holy books of Islam for all those who want to lead a healthy and happy life. These books are the fountain springs of Islamic thought. The commands contained in these holy books direct the code of conduct of the Muslims, their social system and their concepts of right and wrong, in short the main factors that go into the making of the Muslim psyche.

In every society, especially a planned society, there always exists a sort of method or system, which determines:

·                The general ways and customs of society;
·                The way of its administration;
·                Mutual relations of its members, and
·                The relations of every member with the whole society;
·                The rights and obligations arising out of these relations.

As you aware that the human race consists of men and women, Islam speaks about policy and laws. The Creator (Allah) will reward each of them in the paradise for good deeds in Islam.

Islam guides man and woman to stay away from illegal activities (eating pork, music, pornography, drinking alcohol, kidnapping, killing civilians, adultery, riba (interest or usury), gambling, fortune telling, reading of omens in one verse, worshipping idol etc. If anyone performed illegal activities, he/ she will be punished in Hell.

2.  Kaabah
The Kaaba is a cuboid-shaped building in Mecca, Saudi Arabia, and is the most sacred site in Islam. The Quran states that the Kaaba was constructed by Prophets Abraham, and his son Ishmael. It is known the central place of worship.

All Muslims worship GOD Almighty in the direction of Kaabah. Moreover, the Kaaba is center of the world with the Gate of Heaven directly above it.

3.  Holy Quran
Holy Quran is the direct words of Allah (God) and there are no mistakes. The Holy Quran is God's Final Testament. A Muslim believes in all scriptures and revelations of God. The three religious books ((Psalms (Zabur), Torah (Taurat) and Gospel (Injeel)) were given to previous messengers and written many years before the Holy Quran and there were no mistakes in them. But over the years, all these three religious books was altered and many parts of it being written by man so the current Psalms, Torah and Gospel are not the words of Allah (God). Therefore, all three religious books are riddled with mistakes and errors. Scientific errors in the Holy Bible http://www.discoveringislam.org/bible_scientific_errors.htm .There are so many versions available, it is impossible to identify the complete and original version.

Finally, the Holy Quran was revealed through the Angel Gabriel, to the final Prophet, Muhammad, peace be upon him (pbuh) about 1400 hundred years ago,  and ever since then the Holy Quran written in Arabic has not been changed. There is only one version of the Holy Quran. The Holy Quran should be read in Arabic only. The Holy Quran is the only book that clearly and firmly claims to be a living miracle for all humans of any race, in any place, and with any ethnicity they hold.

"Verily We: It is We Who have sent down the Dhikr (i.e. the Holy Quran) and surely, We will guard it (from corruption)" (Holy Quran 15:9)

"And it is not the Shayatan (devils) who have brought it (this Holy Quran) down, neither would it suit them, nor they can (produce it).  Verily, they have been removed far from hearing it". (Holy Quran 26:210-212)

The benefits of reciting the Holy Quran are as follows:
a)  Reading and reflecting over the Qur’an fulfils an Islamic duty.
b)  The Qur’an will be a proof for us on the Day of Judgment.
c)  The Qur’an will intercede for us on the Day of Judgment.
d)  Your status in this life will be raised.
e)   You will be from the best of the people.
f)  There are ten rewards for each letter you recite from the Qur’an.
g) The reciters of the Qur’an will be in the company of the noble and obedient angels.
h) Your position in Paradise is determined by the amount of Qur’an you memorize in this life!
i)   The Qur’an will lead you to Paradise!

4.  Riba
Riba means interest and it is prohibited under Islamic religious law. It is also a major sin, which could lead us to Hell.

Riba (interest) is paid by banks or on loans e.g. home loans, credit card bills, car loans, mortgages, saving account, non islamic investment etc.

Allah Says in Holy Quran Chapter 2, verse 275 about RIBA (usury): "Allah destroys interest and gives increase for charities.
And Allah does not love every sinning disbeliever"

5.  Islam in family
Islam plays a major role in the family by establishing rules in order to protect. The family is built by legal marriage between a man and a woman. We have seen western countries that ‘same-sex marriages’ or ‘shared partners’ are becoming legalized which are unacceptable in Islam. Islam forbade any sexual activity outside marriage. Islam provides guidelines on how to establish relationship between men and women in order to prevent adultery and fornication.

6.  Dress of man and woman
For both men and women, Islam established a dress code, which protects their self-respect and their reputation. Dresses which attract similar to sex object must be avoided by women. A Muslim man must wear clothing that is of sufficient length to cover all of the thigh, whether he is standing, sitting, bowing or prostration, whilst for the women it is her whole body excluding her hands and face. Dress and conduct of women is mandatory when travelling outside his home.

In the Western Countries, the women are wearing dresses that are related to sex appeal. This is a sort of business and it is one of the major sources of money. Women worked in various organizations are forced to wear dresses to attract the customers. Some of them working in the office and some are working in the nightclubs. If any women do not wear attractive dress, then they are considered as odd or as backwards in western countries.

7.  Free mixing between men and women
In order to establish perfect social arrangements in the society, Islam does not allow free mixing between men and women. In some cases it is allowed in specific conditions and also within the family and relatives.

8.  Respect of Woman in Islam
Islam is the only religion that respects the women in Islamic society. No other religion does respect the women. The woman has an honored position, her legal and civil rights, enjoys special respect, love, affection and the gentle feelings which she deserves most. They have the same rights and respect as a man.

9.  Family Planning
It is legal in Islam when husband and wife through contract marriage build up a family. They are allowed to live together as partners.

Islam allows both men and women to follow legal marriage system. There will be no violation when following the Islamic systems. Beside Allah will not punish because he has given us the instructions in the Holy Quran. The women must obey their husbands to build a happy family. Forced marriage is not allowed in Islam. Both of them must seek Islamic guidance to protect the family by following the rights and responsibilities of men and women. At the end of the day, they will have belief, peace of mind and no misunderstanding between them. The children will learn to respect their father and mother. The children will gain the knowledge of Islamic system from their parents.

In the Western countries, we see the breakdown of the family increased gradually. These sorts of problems are happening due to rude behaviour within the family, public and industries. On the other hand, both men and women are involved in illegal activities.

According to Islamic system, the man was given the right to have the authority in the family and to look after the family by bearing all the expenses and protect the family. On the other hand, women have the right to demand from her husband for her daily requirements, helping the child, raising the child and teaching Islam and also protecting the family in the absence of husband.

10.  Women working in public
Islam allows women to work in public by following the Islamic system and to earn her own wealth. Her income will be protected and no one will have access to her wealth or fund. It is mandatory for Muslim women to wear veil in their working place.

In Western countries, both men and women are working in the same level, but their earning systems are not equal due to gender difference. This is common as man makes the systems. There are more confusion and eventually the family breakdown. Both men and women are rivals and competing each other to gain higher position and there is no respect amongst them.

11.  Behaviour of men and women
Allah will reward both men and women for their good relationship after marriage. Everybody will be judged for his or her good ddeds and involvement illegal activities. The duties prescribed to the man are seen as responsibilities that need to be fulfilled and for which the man will be held accountable to Allah (SWT). Likewise the woman will also be held accountable as to how well she fulfilled her responsibilities. Islam honor woman and it is essential to protect and respect them. Islam asked both man and woman to obey Allah and His Apostle.

12.  Five pillars of Islam
The five pillars of Islam are the foundation of Muslim life.

a) Belief
The testimony of faith is saying with conviction, “La ilaha illa Allah, Muhammadur rasoolu Allah.”
This saying means “There is no true God (deity) but Allah, and Muhammad is the messenger of Allah.

b) Prayer
Muslims perform five prayers a day. Each prayer does not take more than a few minutes to perform. Prayer in Islam is a direct link between the worshipper and Allah (God). There are no intermediaries between Allah (God) and the worshipper.

In prayer, a person feels inner happiness, peace, and comfort, and that Allah (God) is pleased with him or her. The Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) said: {Bilal, call (the people) to prayer, let us be comforted by it. Bilal was one of Muhammad’s companions who were charged to call the people to prayers.

Prayers are performed at dawn, noon, mid-afternoon, sunset, and night. A Muslim may pray almost anywhere, such as in fields, offices, factories, or universities.

c)  Zakat
All things belong to Allah (God), and human beings in trust therefore hold wealth. The original meaning of the word zakat is both ‘purification’ and ‘growth.’ Giving zakat means ‘giving a specified percentage on certain properties to certain classes of needy people.’ The percentage, which is due on gold, silver, and cash funds, that has reached the amount of about 85 grams of gold and held in possession for one lunar year is two and a half percent. Our possessions are purified by setting aside a small portion for those in need, and, like the pruning of plants, this cutting back balances and encourages new growth.

A person may also give as much as he or she pleases as voluntary alms or charity.

d) Fasting
Every year in the month of Ramadan (total fasting 29 or 30 days), all Muslims must fast from dawn until sun down, abstaining from food, drink, and sexual relations. Although the fast is beneficial to health, it is regarded principally as a method of spiritual self-purification. By cutting oneself off from worldly comforts, even for a short time, a fasting person gains true sympathy with those who go hungry, as well as growth in his or her spiritual life. Eid ul-Fitr was originated by the Islamic Prophet Muhammad (pbuh). Eid ul-Fitr is observed on the first of the month of Shawwal at the end of the holy month of Ramadan.

e) Hajj
The annual pilgrimage (Hajj) to Makkah is an obligation once in a lifetime for those who are physically and financially able to perform it. About two million people go to Makkah each year from every corner of the globe. Although Makkah is always filled with visitors during the annual Hajj. Hajj is performed in the twelfth month of the Islamic calendar. Male pilgrims wear special simple clothes, which strip away distinctions of class and culture so that all stand equal before Allah (God).

The rites of the Hajj include circling the Kaaba seven times and going seven times between the hillocks of Safa and Marwa, as Hagar did during her search for water. Then the pilgrims stand together in Arafat and ask Allah (God) for what they wish and for His forgiveness, in what is often thought of as a preview of the Day of Judgment.

The end of the Hajj is marked by a festival, Eid Al-Adha (the second festival),, which is celebrated with prayers. Both man and woman must follow the roles and responsibilities and the obligation prescribed to act according to the five pillars.

13.  Prophet Jesus (A.S) in Islam
Prophet Jesus (A.S) is considered to be a Messenger of Allah (God) and he was sent to guide the Children of Israel (Mathew 10:5-6 and Mathew 15:24 - I was sent ONLY to help God's lost sheep -- the people of Israel) with a new scripture, the Injil or Gospel.  In the Holy Quran (Surah Al-An'am Chapter 6: verse 85-87), his name is written as "Isa". Allah mentions in the Holy Quran (Chapter 19: Maryam (http://www.alislam.org/quran/tafseer/?page=603&region=EN&CR=E1,E2)) by the name "Isa" twenty-five times and he was born to Mary when no man had touched her. Mary (Maryam in Arabic), the mother of Prophet Jesus (A.S), is considered one of the most righteous women in the Islamic tradition. Prophet Jesus (A.S) was created by the decree of Allah (God). Muslims, do not believe that Prophet Jesus (A.S) was son of God. Prophet Jesus (A.S) was not crucified, but he was raised up by Allah (God) unto the heavens. Prophet Jesus (A.S), a Muslim, was neither killed, nor crucified.

The Holy Quran also says that he will return to earth near the Day of Judgment to restore justice and defeat Dajjal. There are many Hadiths that tells what will happen after Prophet Jesus (A.S) return to earth.

According to Hadith (Sahih Bukhari Volume 4, Book 55, Number 657): Narrated Abu Huraira:

Allah's Apostle said, "By Him in Whose Hands my soul is, surely (Prophet Jesus (A.S)), the son of Mary will soon descend amongst you and will judge mankind justly (as a Just Ruler); he will break the Cross and kill the pigs and there will be no Jizya (i.e. taxation taken from non Muslims). Money will be in abundance so that nobody will accept it, and a single prostration to Allah (in prayer) will be better than the whole world and whatever is in it." Abu Huraira added "If you wish, you can recite (this verse of the Holy Book): -- 'And there is none Of the people of the Scriptures (Jews and Christians) But must believe in him (i.e. Prophet Jesus (A.S) as an Apostle of Allah and a human being) Before his death. And on the Day of Judgment He will be a witness against them." (4.159) (See Fateh Al Bari, Page 302 Vol. 7)

In Islam, No Muslim is a Muslim if he does not believe in Prophet Jesus (A.S).

14. Benefits for non-Muslims
The word “Muslim” means one who submits to the will of Allah.

Most of the non-Muslims converted to Islam after they realized that Islam is true and only true religion.

All non-Muslims can convert Muslims easily but they do not know how to do so. The first step he/ she must have strong belief that Islam is the true religion of Allah (God). Next, he/ she needs to must repeat the Shahadah three times in the presence of witnesses. The Declaration of the Testimony (Shahadah) is given below.

I testify “Ashhadu Alla Ilaha Illa Allah Wa Ashhadu Anna Muhammad Rasulu Allah.”

The translation of which is: “I bear witness that there is no deity other than Allah(SWT) and that Prophet Muhammad pbuh is his servant and Messenger.".”

Once he/ she converts to Muslim by saying the above Shahadah, Allah (God) would forgive all previous sins, then he/ she can starts a new life of goodness and righteousness. As a Muslim he/ she must follow the five pillars of Islam (see serial no. 12).

According to the Holy Quran, Allah (God) says:

“...The only religion in the sight of Allah (God) is Islam...” (Quran Chapter 3: verse 19)

In another verse of the Holy Quran, Allah (God) states:

“If anyone desires a religion other than Islam, never will it be accepted of him; and in the Hereafter, he will be in the ranks of those who have lost (their selves in the Hellfire).” (Quran Chapter 3: verse 85)

15. Islam religion is the correct way to Heaven
According to Holy Quran the heaven is known as paradise. Paradise is forever. Once a Muslim reaches Paradise, he will not want to be anywhere else and he will live there for eternity. Allah says in the Quran, Surah Al Kahf, verse 31: “For them will be Gardens of eternity; beneath them rivers will flow; they will be adorned therein with bracelets of gold, and they will wear green garments of fine silk and heavy brocade. They will recline therein on raised thrones. How good [is] the recompense! How beautiful a couch [is there] to recline on!”

Throughout the world there are over thousand of different religions, but Allah (God) has chosen Islam as our religion. Islam is the correct religion and right religion.

"This day have I perfected your religion for you, completed My favour upon you, and have chosen for you Islam as your religion". (Quran Surah Al-Maa'idah, Chapter 5, verse 3).
"If anyone desires a religion other than Islam (submission to Allah (God) never will it be accepted of Him" (Quran Surah Aal'imrann, Chapter 3, verse 85).

"Abraham was not a Jew nor Christian; but an upright Muslim." (Quran Surah Aal'imraan, Chapter 3, verse 67).

Those who do good deeds will gain entrance to heaven at the time of their death. Good deeds to heaven (Paradise) & wrong-doers (disobey Islam religion) to Hell-fire.

16. Essentials element of Islamic social system
Everybody wants to be successful and fruitful throughout our life. Therefore, we have to follow the rule and struggle to achieve the target in order to progress in our daily life. It is possible to avoid clashes by setting down definite rules, which will acceptable to everybody may be bound to abide by him or her. These limits are called law.

17. After death what happens

(a) When any one dies his/her soul departs and is placed in his/her graves.

(b) In the grave, the Muslims are welcomed and will treat them well, but non-believer will suffer and their right-side ribs will interlock with the left-side ribs.

(c) Allah (God) will send the two angels (Munkar & Nakeer) to enter the grave. They will shake the deceased and get him or her up.

The following three questions will be asked to the deceased:

(i) Who is your Lord?

(ii) What is your religion?

(iii) What do you have to say about this person (Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) will appear in front of the deceased)?

If the deceased is a Muslim, then he/she will answer:

(i) Allah is my Lord

(ii) Islam is my religion

(iii) He is the Messenger of Almighty Allah.

Once he/she has answered all the questions, then the order will come from the sky. " My servant has spoken the truth. His grave will be made wide as far as his eye could see. The angels will say to him, "Sleep like a bridegroom."

If the deceased is a non-believer/non-Muslim, then he/she will answer:

(i) O' what a pity I do not know.

(ii) O' what a pity I do not know

(iii) O' what a pity I do not know

Once he/she has answered all the questions, then the order will come from the sky. . " This person is lying. Lay for him the bedding of fire and dress him with the clothes of fire and open the doors of Hell." The heat of hell will enter the grave. Two other angels will be appointed to give the person punishment in the grave, by snakes, scorpions and other means.
